NanoAcademic builds simulation tools to predict the properties of next generation electronic devices - including magnetic tunnel junctions, silicon/carbon nanostructures and molecular junctions. Our software is being used by researchers to reduce development costs at leading corporate and academic labs around the world.
The company was founded in 2008 by leading researchers in the field of computational nanoelectronics from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. The NEGF-DFT technology behind our product is second-to-none. The expertise behind our products has been developed over more than 15 years funded by over CAD $5M in research grants from regional, federal and international agencies.
