Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology ( Ccat )
The Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology was created in June 2002 under a federally sponsored grant to develop a national center that addresses both military and civilian industrial needs. Among other things, the technology center is focusing on lasers, nanotechnology, gas turbine engines, fuel cells and power systems for national defence.
