REIG is an investment company specialised in the Russian power industry, which was set up two years ago by several former senior officers from RAO UES, the Russian electricity monopoly currently dismantled.
The staff of REIG consists of a team of 15 professionals (previously working at RAO UES, Uralsib, Evraz Group) with long industry experience. Some of the REIG's managers were involved in the development of the sector reforms currently being implemented, thus allowing a strong knowledge of Russian energy investment environment and industry specific issues, as well as meaningful relationships within the sector.
Now we are looking for international nanotechnology firms with applications in energy and energy efficiency sectors (on the expansion or commercialisation business stage) to invest in developing technologies and to organize a manufacturing (or some other producing) in Russia, to open our emerging market to successful companies and high technologies. We are closely work with russian venture firms, investors and manufacture corporations.
