Abstract:
A whole terabyte dataset of various photonic crystal style geometric structures is open for view and purchase.
After months of refining the input variables to the TTA algorithm new geometric structures are being output. Some of these will be familiar to those researchers working with photonic crystals. Others structures have a complexity, that if patterned at nano scale to materials, pose an interesting question as to whether they might be characterized as having optical properties so far unknown. The dataset consists of 75 files about 12GB each and sections can be seen at:
