Abstract:
Innovnano, an expert manufacturer of high performance ceramic powder, will be attending the European Ceramic Society (ECerS) international conference, 23-27 June, Limoges, France. At the event, Innovnano (Booth 5) will present its key product range - a series of highly pure nanostructured powders - enabling attendees to gain a comprehensive understanding of the ‘nanostructure advantage' for wide-reaching ceramic applications with enhanced characteristics, including high strength orthopaedic implants, improved thermal barrier coatings and more efficient transparent conducting oxides. Nuno Neves, Materials Engineer at Innovnano, will also host a presentation (11:50am, Tuesday 25th June) entitled ‘Yttria-stabilised zirconia with improved fracture toughness and flexural strength'. The talk will provide insight into Innovnano's patented Emulsion Detonation Synthesis technology, and demonstrate how the resulting powder properties enhance end-product performance and value.
