New York, NY | Posted on March 13th, 2012

"As Harris & Harris Group's nanotechnology investment thesis begins to be realized, we believe this new website provides investors and potential investors with better information regarding Harris & Harris Group, its nanotechnology focus and the progress of our portfolio companies. Nanotechnology is a complex topic for many in the investment community to grasp, but the addition of pictures, videos and portfolio company releases permits the public to see and feel the results of this transformative technology," said Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Misti Ushio.

The blog will be used to provide perspectives in three areas: 1) Harris & Harris Group as a public company; 2) exciting breakthroughs and trends in nanotechnology; and 3) sectors and industries within these sectors impacted by nanotechnology.

Facebook provides Harris & Harris Group with an interactive social forum to better disseminate information, pictures and videos from its portfolio companies. Harris & Harris Group plans to use Facebook to keep shareholders and the public aware of events and advances within the portfolio.
