Abstract:
Shareholders of Harris & Harris Group, Inc., may be interested to know that Therm-O-Disc, Inc., and ABSMaterials, Inc., have announced that they signed an agreement to jointly develop and market new technology to detect leaking flammable gas.

The agreement would combine Therm-O-Disc's experience, global manufacturing and service capabilities in sensor developments with ABSMaterials Osorb™ swelling glass and its sensing, separation, and remediation technologies. Target markets include appliances, advanced water treatment, oil and gas processing with essential oil separations, and other industrial systems and processes.
