Abstract:
FoodChek Systems Inc. ("FoodChek") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Innovation Diagnostics Inc. of Blainville, Quebec (www.innovationdiagnostics.com/) for the Canadian sales and distribution of its innovative and proprietary food safety tests.
FoodChek Signs Distribution and Fulfillment Agreements with Innovation Diagnostics

FoodChek has also signed a separate agreement with Innovation Diagnostics for the non-exclusive North American fulfillment services for the delivery of all FoodChek products.
Innovation Diagnostics Inc. will market and actively promote the sale of FoodChek products to develop and expand the Canadian market commencing with FoodChek ™-E. coli O157. Furthermore, Innovation Diagnostics Inc. will provide and maintain adequate sales, warehouse and service facilities and sufficient inventory of the products to ensure prompt and seamless deliveries to customers in Canada and the United States.
