Abstract:
Our industrial projects have been heating up lately, and there's nothing we like seeing more than Nansulate® protecting and insulating all types of industrial equipment, from heat exchangers to steam boilers to large fuel tanks and more. We put out a recent call to all our distributors to send "in progress" application photos and exhibition appearances, so we can keep all our NanoPioneers updated on the day to day action that is happening for Industrial Nanotech and their distributors worldwide.

Around the Clock & Globe with Nansulate®

An ongoing project by our U.A.E. distributor NanoFan is a very interesting one dealing with "Brine Super Purification Columns" being installed at a large Middle East Chemical Plant. Mr. S. Razavi and his team have sent in their first photos of the job, and will be sending new ones throughout the application.

The application is on 4-6 massive reactors. The photos below show them prior to surface preparation and application.

Once the carbon steel reactors are coated, they will be installed in an upright position.

The NanoFan team has done the surface preparation work and application of the first layer of Nansulate®

Mr. S. Razavi of Nanofan explained that the Chemical company chose Nansulate® for this project to prevent corrosion, stop corrosion under insulation (CUI) and most importantly to save energy and money.

We will share the new projects as they begin and keep you updated as they progress.

There are projects utilizing Nansulate® happening around the clock and around the globe, so we want to share as much of that with you as possible and give you a window into the World of Nansulate®.
