eFoodSafety Introduces New Skincare Line
Scottsdale, AZ | Posted on February 4th, 2008
eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (OTCBB: EFSF, www.efoodsafety.com) introduces NumaDerm, its new skincare line, which focuses on three major aspects of skin health and beauty to help maximize healing and rejuvenation. NumaDerm incorporates a proprietary nanotechnology to efficiently and effectively transport its benefits deep beneath the skin's surface.
Formulated from a synergistic blend of bioactive compounds such as phytonutrients, anti-oxidants, essential lipids, and clinically proven peptides, NumaDerm products address common skin health and beauty conditions:
* NumaDerm Repair Cream provides healing benefits for dry and damaged skin by increasing elasticity and improving overall complexion.
* NumaDerm Ageless Cream rejuvenates the skin, erases fine lines and wrinkles, and helps renew the skin's contour.
* NumaDerm Fade Cream supplies the skin with clinically proven ingredients that correct discolorations, improve clarity, and lighten uneven pigmentations.
Using proprietary nanotechnology, eFoodSafety encapsulates the ingredients into nanospheres. Importantly, this technology is the only of its kind where the nanospheres are made from entirely food-grade compounds; thus, they can release nutrients and other ingredients as necessary and still be recognized and absorbed by the body as ordinary food compounds. Cellular absorption of nutrients is maximized while toxicity is minimized.
Furthermore, the nano-encapsulation technology allows both immediate and sustained benefits; most of the components are nano-encapsulated and are absorbed by the body in time-controlled release, over a period of several hours. In this case, the nanospheres are small enough to penetrate the skin's surface and allow the body to absorb them once they have delivered their active ingredients. The remaining components are delivered instantly to the skin's surface, providing immediate benefits.
"The nano-encapsulation technology plays a key role in the effectiveness of the NumaDerm products by offering a better method of delivering key ingredients," comments Dr. Richard Goldfarb, President of eFoodSafety's MedElite subsidiary, who added, "Through our research and development efforts, we have created what we believe is the ideal combination of solutions to improve overall skin health and beauty. The formulations contain bioactive compounds and other ingredients that have been clinically proven to improve certain skin conditions, and we expect the nanotechnology to significantly enhance each product's effectiveness by treating targeted areas beneath the skin's surface. Using this novel technology, both the efficacy and efficiency of our formulations can reach optimal levels; desired results are obtained faster and more satisfactorily."
"The introduction of our NumaDerm line illustrates three of the company's most important business objectives in practice," says Patricia Gruden, CEO of eFoodSafety. "First, it marks yet another extension of our product portfolio, which we believe signifies continued growth; second, as a multi-product line, NumaDerm represents our initiative to build and enhance product branding; finally, and perhaps most rewardingly, it shows our ability to successfully use nanotechnology that incorporates novel nanospheres to provide superior delivery of key nutrients and ingredients. These factors combined demonstrate significant development and progress to date, and they also pave the way for future initiatives and opportunities that we look forward to pursuing."
