IPO not in NanoDynamics future

Abstract:
NanoDynamics Inc. has changed its plans for an initial public offering.

The Buffalo company requested a withdrawal Nov. 9 of its registration statement with the Securities & Exchange Commission. The letter signed by CEO Keith Blakely gave no details or explanation, other than the company has decided not to pursue the offering at this time.
