Amtech initiates FEIC with a Buy and a $36 tgt saying while nanotechnology became popularized during the mid-1980s through IBM, meaningful product commercialization did not emerge until about 2003, around the time the semiconductor industry was working on 130nm/90nm device structures. Firm says FEIC reorganized the co in 2005 to position itself for nanotechnology growth. The firm ests FEIC could grow the top-line by at least 15% and EPS by at least 20% over the next several years given the growing nanotechnology market and margin leverage opportunity.
