High-tech training facility opens
Abstract:
he state-of-the-art technology training center will provide hi-tech nanotechnology training for business in the Inland Empire and beyond.
Nanotechnology is a scientific field that deals with manipulating matter at an atomic or molecular level.
Nanotechnology is associated with computer chip manufacturing, medical science and aerospace engineering, said Bonnie O'Connor, an assistant director with the center.
Matthew Isaac, executive director of economic development and corporate marketing for the center, says training sessions should begin in December.
The California Institute of Nanotechnology will partner with the center when training begins.
