The Company is pleased to report that the financial performance of the Company in the second quarter of 2007 surpassed the total revenue and net profit earned by the Company in all of 2006. Gross Revenue for 2nd Quarter 2007 was $3,151,752 versus the year end 2006 total of $2,977,074.00. 2nd Quarter 2007 net profit was $468,656.00 with a 0.04 EPS compared to 2006 year end profit of $343,536.00 with a 0.03 EPS.

Other Comparative figures are as follows.

- Revenue for the 2nd Quarter 2007 of $3,151,752.00 increased 87% from 2007 1st Quarter of $1,683,045.

- Net Profit for 2nd Quarter 2007 of $468,656.00 increased 126% from 2007 1st Quarter of $206,989.00

- 2nd Quarter 2007 Gross Revenue vs. 2nd Quarter 2006 Gross Revenue increased by 1646%

- Profit growth 2nd Quarter 2007 vs. 2nd Quarter 06 was 312%

The rapid revenue growth targets the Company has achieved is based on the Derma Wand, the Company's first "Fountain of Youth" product, and its velocity of sales increasing in its primary distribution channel of direct response television ("DRTV"). The Company is now commencing rapid expansion of its multi-distribution strategy for the Derma Wand. Along with the recent addition of the Cell-RX skincare line and other unique health and beauty products now being accepted by the Company's international customer base, ICTV is now positioned for accelerated revenue and profit growth.
