Abstract:
Image Dynamics™ have developed a new break through in leadership development through a transformational approach using powerful miniaturized animation modules. Based on neuro-psychological research the modules are designed to accelerate learning by engaging users at a deep emotional level through a multi-sensory experience. The process is called Nano-Learner™, with each module lasting between 30 seconds and 5 minutes. Leading organisations and universities are using this innovative learning technology as it delivers fast results

Nano-Learner™ Provides Transformational Approach to Leadership Excellence World-Wide

Rugby, UK | Posted on April 30th, 2007

Nano-Learner™ is a flexible and fast learning process that can be adapted to a variety of learning programmes. Due to demand from leading corporations world wide Image Dynamics™ are now launching their latest nanotechnology learning process for leadership development called transformational leadership. See a demonstration of Nano-Learner™ at http://www.keithbound.com/Nano_Coaching_Demo/Nano_Coaching.html

The process integrates powerful imagery into the learning process and is based on neuro-psychological research. Images are combined with empathic questions into complex design architecture, while each learning module comprises of a variety of animation sequences. The tailor-made animation programmes act as a catalyst for transformation, allowing users to move out of their model of the world, detaching them from their values and beliefs. By making a perception shift we see the world in a different way. Most of us usually experience these changes through a challenging event in our lives and after time we start to see things very differently as we reflect on the experience. The transformational process can be summed up by a quote from Gandi: "You need to be the change you want to see in the world."

Through input from Dr Mike Bagshaw an organisational psychologist Image Dynamics™ have designed an innovative transformational leadership programme with nine nano-learning animation modules. This powerful learning experience takes you through a process of self-discovery, breaking-through barriers, generating new ideas, developing a collective creativity, agreement management, empathic solidarity, self-regulation and overcoming resilience without fear of failure.

Image Dynamics™ has also developed a new two day workshop where delegates are able to transform their vision into reality and leverage the creative potential of their organisation. Delegates leave the workshop with copies of the modules and have the option of receiving flipchart outputs converted into animation modules for ongoing support, adding value and maximising ROI.

The process is described "as a unique multi sensory & learning experience" by Dr. Mike Bagshaw, an organizational psychologist and director of Trans4mation Ltd who has designed leadership programmes for clients including Bank of Scotland, HSBC, Pfizer, QinetiQ, Shell, he added. "This is a revolutionary innovative perspective in transformational leadership development"

Keith Bound, creator and designer, said, " Nano-learner™ provides a revolutionary approach to transformational leadership development, creating a powerful learning and multi-sensory experience. Based on feedback from CLO's and learning & development directors we anticipate that our process will create a new global direction for leadership development through daily learning experiences with miniaturized modules being accessed 24/7 through PC's and laptops.

Image Dynamics™ are also launching a series of new Nano-Learner™ programmes including: strategic planning, idea generation & problem solving and cultural change & effective goal setting.
