Advanced Liquid Logic Acquires Lab on a Chip Firm in Raleigh

Abstract:
Advanced Liquid Logic, a company focused on the miniscule measurement of fluids and "lab on a chip" technology, has acquired Raleigh-based Nanolytics.

Nanolytics, which was launched in 1999, also has worked to develop lab on a chip technology and other applications of nanotechnology.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
