Alternative Futures

Abstract:
India today is a society where the first, second and third industrial revolutions are occurring simultaneously. The tribal is not our ancestor but our contemporary.

As we get implicated in questions of techno-logical innovation and obsolescence, as one confronts issues of biotechnology and nanotechnology, we need a different sense of the future.
