Mission to India pays off for Mac

Abstract:
George said only a handful of Ansal students are expected to come, but they may do Mac graduate work or talk highly of Mac at home. Foreign students pay nearly triple the fees Canadians do. Mac also signed several agreements with academic and industry research centres, like a General Motors lab in Bangalore. One pact which the University of Waterloo also signed was with the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai. Focused on nanotechnology, it will bring an annual conference shared by Ontario and India, starting this summer.
