Beacon recognises growth and innovation

Abstract:
Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology has been awarded Beacon status in recognition of its consistent growth and product innovation. Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oxford Instruments plc, specialises in the design, manufacture and support of process tools and systems for semiconductor, optoelectronics and nanotechnology applications. The company recently celebrated its 25th year, and over the last two years has increased its workforce by 60%, with hopes to employ a further 50 people in the next two years.
