Malone: people will have to decide how to fund economic development

Abstract:
He said nanotechnology is another possible source of new jobs.

Along with education and the business environment, quality of life is another determining factor in drawing new business. "This generation is different, more family-oriented. These new types of jobs are not going to communities that don't take care of older people or younger people."
