Lawmakers are also expecting reports on the feasibility of creating a new center for nanoscale sciences _ nanotechnology involves the manufacture and manipulation of materials at the molecular or atomic level _ and the feasibility of retaining and expanding the state's hydrogen and fuel cell industries.
