Defense bill might benefit local companies

Abstract:
Two Lackawanna County companies could see more than $3 million in projects under defense bills approved by congressional leaders for fiscal year 2007. Gentex and Natick are testing the use of nanoparticles to attack and destroy both biological and chemical threats on the suits.
