WSUV plugs in

Nano lab - Also several years away: a clean room filled with sophisticated, and expensive, semiconductor and nanotechnology equipment, which would serve as an incubator for new businesses and a research center for academics. A first move: in the form of a $100,000 federal appropriation was made in June. The lab would be developed on the WSUV campus, with help from the Washington Technology Center, which already runs a $6.5 million microfabrication lab in Seattle.
