South Korea to assist North Korea on nanotechnology
Abstract:
Christine Peterson: "South and North Korean scholars are holding a conference on nanotechnology in the North’s Mt. Kumgang resort."
The question is whether this is a good idea. Food is one thing, but why do technology transfer of nanotech to North Korea, of all places?
