Rendell Administration Promotes High-Tech Job Creation

Abstract:
Pennsylvania students will gain better access to education and training opportunities in the advanced- manufacturing, information-technology and biotechnology fields thanks to a more than $2.5 million investment in the state's high schools and colleges. The grants help schools establish a unified curriculum across two-year vocational programs. All programs are required to incorporate a nanotechnology element.
