ON Semiconductor and Nantero to Jointly Develop CNT Technology

Abstract:
ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ONNN) and Nantero Inc. today announced they have teamed up to develop innovative semiconductor process technology, continuing ongoing work to effectively integrate carbon nanotubes in CMOS fabrication.
