Abstract:
Rubincon Ventures, Inc. (OTC BB: RBCV), and API Electronics Group Corp. (OTC BB: AEGCF), today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to merge in an all-stock transaction that was previously announced on March 27th, 2006.
