Navigator Equity Solutions

Abstract:
Together with the Supervisory Board the Management of NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. has decided to distribute the participation in Nanoventure N.V. (www.nanoventure.de) as a share dividend to all shareholders of NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V.. The execution of the transaction is expected to take place in the May 2006.
