S. Korea to build proton accelerator research center
Abstract:
A total of $130.9 million in funds to support the project will be provided by the ministry through to 2011. The proposed proton accelerator will be capable of accelerating a proton beam for research, testing and production of materials essential to a range of industries, including biotechnology and nanotechnology, the ministry said.
