Setting rules for science's bright new thing

Abstract:
The Minister for Industry, Ian Macfarlane, who convened the meeting, said it was "just the right time to start work on a framework to foster and monitor nanotechnology because industry and public policy should evolve with, not after, the emergence of new technologies."
