Class Action Lawsuit Against NVE

Abstract:
The law firm of Seeger Weiss LLP announces that it filed a class action lawsuit today in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota on behalf of purchasers of NVE Corporation ("NVE") (Nasdaq:NVEC) common stock in the open market between May 22, 2003 and February 11, 2005 (the "Class Period"). The complaint seeks remedies for the class under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") and the Securities Act of 1933.
