Abstract:
Both companies - CardioMEMS of Atlanta and AcryMed of Portland, Ore. - saw their products receive FDA approval late last year. CardioMEMS makes implantable MEMS medical sensors. AcryMed makes antibacterial nanoparticle coatings for medical devices.
