Therapies require teamwork among FDA and developers

Abstract:
As noted in the cover story of the September issue of Small Times, the Food and Drug Administration has partnered with the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the Nanotechnology Characterization Laboratory to help materialize the promise of nanotechnology for oncology drugs. The best chance of achieving that goal, though, will depend on the ability of all parties involved to interact with the researchers and companies who develop these therapies.
