FEI puts market ahead of products in culture change
Abstract:
The increasing application of nanotechnology to a wide range of industries has pushed nanotech tools maker FEI Co. to make fundamental changes in its business. Instead of its traditional model of organizing product development, sales and marketing by individual products, FEI is now organizing all of these operations around the company's newly defined target markets.
