Nano Chemical Announces Strategic Plan

Abstract:
Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. announced today that Board of Directors has approved a strategic plan to concentrate the Company's resources on the design, production and marketing of propriety products that will carry the Company brand names and will de-emphasize its present role as a custom manufacturer of products marketed by other parties.
