Harris & Harris Announces Full Exercise of Over-Allotment Option

Abstract:
Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TINY) today announced that the underwriters of the Company's recent offering of its shares of common stock have exercised in full their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 457,500 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $11.25 per share.
