$2.26b in UMass projects approved

Abstract:
The trustees of the University of Massachusetts approved an extensive five-year capital plan yesterday that earmarks $2.26 billion for projects.

The capital plan also calls for significant campus additions. ... $80 million for a NANOTech/BioTech Laboratory.
