Phoenix firm to provide $40M in VC funds
Abstract:
A new Phoenix bioscience firm that provides scientific expertise to venture capital funds is in the process of forming its own $40 million pool to help industry startups get their products to market.
Scientists who give their input on technology, such as proteomics and nano-biotechnologies, also would have the opportunity to participate in the VC fund they are helping, said Neff, who serves as chief executive of Bioscience Intelligence Advisors.
