Former auto assembly plant becomes magnet of opportunity

Abstract:
Nanotechnology company Nanodynamics gave Buffalo's high-tech profile a lift Friday, when it announced plans to add 325 jobs over five years as it ramps up manufacturing of fuel cells and other advanced products.

New technology "is where job explosions are going to occur," Gov. George E. Pataki said during the announcement at Nanodynamics' factory on the Buffalo waterfront.
