Call for Papers - IPC TMRC and Autumn Conference
Abstract:
Abstracts for presentations in the following areas are invited:
-- Nanotechnology is here today with major implications for electronics technology: An overview of nanotechnology and how it will affect electronics, and especially PCb, technology should give the audience an appreciation for this potent new technology. What is the current state of nanotechnology research and how soon will it really affect our industry?
-- The changing face of the materials industry: The materials industry is undergoing some significant changes, including geographic shifts, new product development to address lead-free and other requirements, rf/high-frequency materials, applications of nanotechnology in laminates, etc.
