KANC comes together with IMEC

Abstract:
The Korea Advanced Nano Fab Center (KANC) signed an MOU with the Interuniversity Micro Electronics Center (IMEC) upon the Science and Technology Vice Minister, Choi Suk-shik's visit to Belgium on April 25 to signify their mutual cooperation in the future.
