FEI Goes Smaller to Get Bigger

Abstract:
On Monday, FEI announced the unveiling of its new scanning/transmission electron microscope, the Titan. This is good news for investors of the Hillsboro, Ore.-based nanotech equipment manufacturer because it demonstrates that FEI is striving to meet the needs of its customers, including Intel, Hewlett-Packard, and Seagate.
