Abstract:
While venture capitalists invested less money in 2004 in both nanotechnology and the broader category of small tech (including nanotechnology, MEMS and microsystems), they participated in more small tech and nanotechnology funding rounds than in 2003, according to a Small Times analysis of the MoneyTree Survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers, Thomson Venture Economics and the National Venture Capital Association.
