Abstract:
Mike Treder: If you knew that a year from now, you would be forced to walk a tightrope over a deep, rocky chasm, how soon would you start practicing?
General-purpose molecular manufacturing (MM) appears to be inevitable. When it arrives, it will come quickly. The dangers of this powerful technology can be likened to a treacherous chasm.
