KLA Still Hot for August, Too
Abstract:
Almost as if on cue, KLA-Tencor Corp. issued a press release late Tuesday "reaffirming its outstanding offer to acquire August Technology Corp."
It reiterated its offer for the defect inspection player of $11.50 per share in cash.
