European trade association will to concerns in nanotech R&D
The Institute of Nanotechnology has announced plans to establish the European Nanotechnology Trade Association (ENTA), designed to represent the industry's interests in Europe.
Part of ENTA's brief, according to the Institute, will be to interact with the public and watchdog organisations to ensure that new nanotechnologies are developed 'in a safe and responsible manner'.
