Bruker AXS Launches its New XRD2 Solutions for Materials Research

At Pittcon 2005, Bruker AXS, an operating company of Bruker BioSciences Corporation (NASDAQ: BRKR), today launches its new XRD2 solutions for X-ray diffraction (XRD) with two-dimensional detectors. The new XRD2 methodology represents a powerful solution for demanding applications in materials research, high-throughput screening, nanotechnology and thin-film research.
