SST to provide technology and funding to foundry startup Nanotech

Abstract:
According to the sources, Nanotech will implement SSTís SuperFlash technology for customers that develop programmable logic devices (PLDs) and embedded flash memory. Nanotech will also produce NOR flash chips for SST.
