SEMI and SIA Announce Nanoelectronics Market Study
Abstract:
SEMI and the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) today announce their agreement to jointly conduct a comprehensive study on nanotechnology applications in the electronics industry. The study will provide definition of the rapidly-emerging global nanoelectronic markets and offer a global perspective of requirements and opportunities for equipment and materials suppliers.
