For G.O.P. in Albany, 2004 Budget Is Still an Issue

Abstract:
"It's unbelievable that just a few short months ago, the governor vetoed a bipartisan budget that included much-needed funding for SUNY Albany, nanotechnology, and for SUNY and CUNY capital and economic development projects across the state, as well as health care infrastructure," Mr. Silver said.
